Please ensure you have purchased your full price entry ticket before applying for your Essential Companion Ticket. If you have not bought your full price ticket before applying, your application may be rejected. This is because we cross reference our ticket system as part of the verification process.​

To apply for an Essential Companion Ticket please fill out the following application form.

You will need: 

• the name and email address of the essential companion and the cared for individual

• A clear and legible scan/photocopy/image of your form of evidence (see the below for more details)

 

Accepted forms of evidence:

• DLA letter

• PIP letter

• The Access Card by Nimbus (this must include the +1 symbol)

• Carer's allowance letter (this must show the names of both the carer and cared for)

Please be aware that any evidence submitted with an expiry date must be valid at the time of the event. The document must also include the full name of the carer/the person requiring a carer.
