Where is the Labyrinth Experience & Masked Ball?

When is the Labyrinth Experience & Masked Ball?

Main convention is Saturday 25th - Sunday 26th October, 2025

​

What time does the doors open?

Saturday 10.00am - 5:00pm

Sunday 10:15am - 4:45pm

Labyrinth Screening 5:20pm - 7:00pm (optional extra)

​

You can start queuing from 9:30AM on Saturday and 9:45AM on Sunday. 

​​

When is the Masked Ball? 

The Masked Ball is on Saturday 25th October 7:15pm-11:15pm

​

Is the venue accessible?  

The main areas of the event are accessible and step free, though Wycombe Abbey does have some mixed terrain including gravel and grass.

Can I bring my dog?

No, applications to bring assistant dogs are now closed. 

​

Food & Drink

​

Can I access free water?

Yes! There are plenty of water dispensers around the venue, please bring your own bottle.

Can I bring any food and drink into the event?

No, unless you have a medical condition that requires you to carry snacks such as diabetes. You may be asked by security on bag checks for a medical note to support this.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Workshops & Talks

 

How Many Talks & workshops are there?

Can I pre-book a workshop?

Yes, all paid workshops are available to pre-book through the ticket link.

Are the talks included in the ticket price?

Yes all talks are included in all ticket passes.

​​

Special Guests 

​

Who are the special guests?

Guests are announced on our social media channels first and then added to the website here. â€‹

​

Will the special guests be signing autographs & doing selfies?

All of our special guests will be signing autographs at the event and most will be doing selfies. Brian Henson will only be doing a limited number of autographs and no selfies, but he will be doing professional photo ops. Find out more about Brian's appearance here.

Can I buy an autograph for Brian Henson?

No, autographs are included for FREE in Goblin King and Labyrinth Passes. â€‹

​

Do I have to pay for autographs or selfies with special guests?

Yes, these can be pre-ordered online or you can pay on the day. Some guests will accept cash but most will be card only or you can pay online if you want to use a card but network service will be limited. 

​

Do I need to bring something to get signed?

Most of our guests will have prints on there tables to choose from but others you will need an item. Guests you will need items for: Brian Henson, Brian Froud, Wendy Froud. Prints and posters will be available to purchase from our merch stand. 

Ticket Information

​

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund? 

No, as per our terms and conditions, all tickets are non refundable.

 

I can no longer attend, can you help me sell my tickets? 

No, this is not something we can assist with, please research reputable third party ticket sellers. 

​​

Can I upgrade or change my ticket?

No, we did this for a short while after announcing Brian Henson's attendance but now we are too close to the event date to do any more changes/upgrades. As per our ticket terms and conditions. 

 

Will tickets be available to purchase on the day? 

Tickets are likely to sell out before the event date so may not be available on the day. We will not do any cash sales on the door, please buy all tickets online.​

 

Can I get an Essential Companion ticket?

The deadline for application for essential companion tickets has now passed. More information here. ​

Is there a partner hotel offering a discount?

Yes! We are working with two fantastic hotels. Full information here.

Will there be officially licensed event merchandise?

Yes! We have some to pre-order here.

Photography & Filming 

 

Will I be photographed or filmed at the event? 

Yes! You are more than likely to be filmed or photographed by our official media team and associated press. If you do not want to be filmed, please make one of our official event Media team aware when you get to the event.

Can I bring my own professional filming equipment?

Unless you have been given a press pass you are not allowed to bring filming equipment into the event.  You can bring a camera. 

​

Can I film in panel talks & workshops?

No, we kindly ask that you do not film in any talks or workshops but you are very welcome to take lot's of pictures! 

​

Can I get a press pass?

Typically we do not give out press passes to third parties. If you are interested in a press pass please email  info@thamescon.co.uk . Please note, we do not do press passes for the Masked Ball.

Safety & Security

Will be bag be checked before I enter the event?

Yes, on site security may check your bag at any time.

Will the events have security?

Yes

Will there be a certified first aider available?

Yes​

Is there a lost child/person point?

Yes at the Main information desk.

Cosplay 

​

Can I attend the event in costume/cosplay? 

YES please! we actively encourage it, however you don't have to if you would rather not. 

​​

Do you have any rules about costumes, weapons, and props? 

This is a family friendly event so your costume must be appropriate i.e. no nudity etc. You are not permitted to bring real weapons, fake weapons will be checked by our staff. If we feel that your props could cause damage to another individual, then it will not be allowed into the event.

Will there be a Cosplay meet? 

Yes, more on this to be published. We would love to get a group photo of you all!
