What's included in my pitch?

Your pitch is an empty space on a flat grass surface. If you particularly need a hard standing please email admin@thamescon.com

Do I need to bring my own Gazebo?

Yes

Do I need to bring my own tables?

Yes

Can I hire a table? 

Yes, table hire is £20 for the weekend

​

Can I hire a Gazebo from The Labyrinth Experience? 

Yes you can, Gazebo hire for the weekend is £50. 

​

Is there power or internet? 

The main convention buildings do have power and WIFI if you need to charge a device over the weekend. Your pitch will not have access to a power point or WiFi. 

 

What can I sell?

Anything you feel is suitable to sell to a Labyrinth loving audience, we love variety! Please check that you have the correct licenses for any copyrighted material. We will ask you to remove any non licensed products from display. 

 

Can I sell Labyrinth Merchandise?

You can only sell Labyrinth merchandise at this event if it has been officially Licensed by the Jim Henson Company. 

 

Can I leave my things overnight?

Yes you can, but this will be at your own risk.

Can I camp/sleep onsite overnight?

No

Can I attend the Masked Ball?

Yes, please see your chosen sponsor/exhibitor package for more details.

 

How much does it cost?

Standard package: £250

Bronze package: £500

Silver package: £1000

Gold package: £2000

 

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

No, packages are all non refundable. 

 

Parking

There is onsite parking for vendors, this is free of charge. 

 

What does my pass give me access to?

A vendor/sponsor pass gives you access to the main Convention on Saturday and Sunday. At the main event you will be able to access all exhibits, meet the special guests, watch and/or take part in the cosplay competition, watch any non ticked talks and take part in any of the free workshops. ​

What happens after I apply?
We aim to confirm your spot within 7 days with an email. A successful application email will include a payment link. Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the link to hold you place at The Labyrinth Experience. If you would like an invoice please indicate this on your form. If you would like to pay in 2 instalments, not a problem! Just reply to the email to let us know.

Accessibility

The venue is fully accessible but is very large and partially outdoors. Please indicate in the further comments section if you require any specific access needs.

Can I choose where to set up?

No, you will be allocated a space before your arrival. We will aim to position you in the most appropriate place. â€‹

 

Can I bring my own displays?

You are welcome to bring you're own displays, shelves, roller banners, small props, etc. Please do not bring promotional flags or any trip/fall Hazards.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE
All Vendors & Artists must have their own public liability insurance. All Vendors and Artists are responsible for making sure their area is clean, tidy and free from hazards. All rubbish/waste MUST be removed at the end of the event. If vendors are seen using the bins provided for attendees they may be fined by the venue. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event if we feel they are acting in a way that is inappropriate or harmful to others. All pitch fees are non refundable. Set up times are to be strictly adhered to and subject to any necessary changes. Vendor passes are non transferable. All items sold must adhere to laws pertaining to copyright and consumer sales. Thames Con Events reserve the right to change or update timings at any point before the event if deemed necessary.
