Tickets are now on sale! We advise reading our terms & conditions and the pass descriptions below before purchasing a ticket.

Event Times

SATURDAY 

10:00am - 5:00pm 

SUNDAY 

10:30am - 5:30pm

MASKED BALL 

7:15pm - 11:15pm

​

Times may change slighty but will be confirmed 100% when tickets go on sale.

Shuttle Bus to Ball

Pick up time: 7:00pm

Drop off back to hotel: 11:15pm

By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

 

CARERS

If you require a carer you can add a carers pass to your order. A carers pass is free for the main event (not the masked ball). Carer must be accompanied by full paying adult and that person must be the one they are caring for. Unfortunately we cannot offer free or discounted carer passes for the masked ball due to the limited capacity. Information about accessibility can be found here.

FOOD & DRINK

Food & drink is not included in any pass types unless specified in ticket description. You may bring food and drink to the event (and a picnic blanket if you like), there will be food and drink available to purchase at the event.

GUESTS

All of our special guests will be available to sign autographs and most will also do selfies. Some guests will charge for this and others may be free of charge. Prices will be announced nearer to the event date. Please note guests will not be signing at the Masked ball, only the main event. 

 

BULLYING, HARASSMENT & ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

We have a zero tolerance policy, if you are behaving in a way that is inappropriate or antisocial you will be asked to leave.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non refundable. If you would like to upgrade your ticket to a ticket of higher value please contact us on info@thamescon.co.uk. Tickets are non transferable, we may ask to see your ID before issuing event passes over the value of £40. 

 

COVID POLICY

We will be inline with the current government guidelines in England. As it stands we do not require mask wearing (although you might want to at the Masked Ball ;). We will not require proof of vaccine to enter the event. If you test positive for COVID and can't attend the event we will not be able to issue you with a refund.

GDPR

We will only use the details provided to contact you about this event and similar events by Thames Con. Your contact details will not be shared with any third parties and kept on a secure password protected server. You can unsubscribe at any time.

PHOTOGRAPHY & PR

The event will be filmed and photographed for future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed you must let one of a team know.
